Kids will have a fun surprise when they bite into these red, white, and blue Marshmallow Pops that are made with pop rocks. This easy red white and blue treat can be made for the 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day or any summer day.

Ingredients
White and red candy melts
36Regular Sized Marshmallows
Cookie sticks or paper straws
Pop rocks
black licoriceoptional
Instructions
Melt candy melts in a glass microwave safe bowl on 50% power for 30 seconds and then continue to microwave on 50% power in 15-second intervals until completely melted, stirring in between. Repeat with additional colors.
Add three marshmallows to each straw.
Dip or use a spoon to spread the chocolate on each marshmallow.
Sprinkle with pop rocks
Place on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper or stick into a Styrofoam block.
Use a toothpick to make a hole in the top marshmallow. Add a thin piece of black licorice for the fuse (optional)
