How to make Sausage, Pepper & Onion Mini Quiche:
To make mini star shaped quiche, first you’ll need to have star shaped silicone cupcake liners that you can purchase at your local craft store on on Amazon. Once you have the liners on hand, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Whisk together the eggs & heavy cream, add salt & pepper until, mix until combined.
Then, cut up your favorite veggies and breakfast meat.
Line silicone baking cups on a baking sheet, or spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture evenly in to the silicone baking dishes, making sure not to overflow. Top with your preferred add-ins.
Bake for 15-25 minutes until the egg mixture is set. These star shaped liners are larger than a typical cupcake liner so they’ll take closer to 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 5-7 minutes before serving.
Serve warm.
