Monster Cookies are an easy Halloween dessert.
All you need is four simple ingredients to make these Halloween Cookies; 2 cookies, frosting, mini marshmallows and candy eyeballs.
As busy as life gets, I try to make our days fun and exciting which means sending the kids to school with a fun lunch to give them a smile during the day, or spending time in the kitchen with them during our down time to create a fun recipe. The kids are always eager to see what I’m making when they see my baking supplies scattered around the kitchen and their expressions are priceless, especially when they spotted these Halloween Monster Cookies.
All the neighborhood kids got called into the house when they walked in from school and were greeted with these spooktacular treats.
You can make these cookie sandwiches with your favorite cookie recipe, I made sugar cookies and your favorite frosting. You can also use snickerdoodles, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip.or even store bought cookies to make these Halloween treats quicker.

Not a baker or stretched for time? Purchase store bought cookies and frosting. With a little help, you can have these cookies that look like monsters complete in under 15 minutes!
Halloween Monster Cookies:
Ingredients:
- Cookies
- Frosting
- Mini Marshmallows
- Gummy eyeball candies
Directions:
Bake your favorite sugar cookies, or use store bought. (let cool)
Use food coloring to tint frosting to desired colors.
Spread frosting on the top of 1 cookie. Press a second cookie, flat side down, on frosting at an angle. Cookies should touch on one side and about 1/2 inch apart on the other, to look like the monsters mouth is open. Press three mini marshmallows in the frosting for the teeth.
Add additional frosting to the top to attach eyes.
