With the holidays right around the corner, the kids have been busy writing their wish lists and I’ve been busy searching for the best deals. At the top of Trevor’s list is LEGOs, dinosaurs and hunting/fishing supplies, while Jonathan has quite a few books on his. I was able to do a little holiday shopping at Barnes & Noble last week after their hockey game and picked out a few books and stocking stuffers. Until recently, I didn’t think to shop for toys at Barnes and Noble and was surprised to learn that they carry top brands including Playmobil, Fisher-Price, LEGO, Melissa & Doug and more.

I was able to sneak a few small items including the books at checkout during our trip, but I left some of the larger items for online shopping, having them shipped to my house is more convenient.
