As a busy mom of three kids I’m always looking for ways to make life fun and exciting. It’s easy to get overwhelmed taking care of the house, the dogs, the kids and running them back and forth between all of their after school activities so I try to squeeze in some fun moments. One of the easiest ways to put a smile on their face, is to have fun with their school lunch. They open it right in the middle of the day and it helps rejuvenate them for the rest of the afternoon. To help save time during the morning rush I prep all of their school lunches on Sunday night, that way they can just grab a lunch from the fridge, a freezer pack, and a snack and they’re ready to go.
