This time last year I was on a roll and had almost all of my Christmas shopping done, but this year I’m off to a slow start. I have purchased a few items here and there when I have seen a good sale, but I still haven’t narrowed down what I am going to be purchasing every one. But I know one thing, at least a few of those items will be purchased at Best Buy, our holiday shopping destination for electronics. Since my husband and I have been married, we have purchased numerous products at Best Buy including our televisions, PS3, PS4, video games, DSLR camera, remote car starter, car stereo system, laptop, desktop, and printer ink.
With the holidays right around the corner, I have been trying to figure out what gifts to buy. The boys are pretty easy to shop for, and have a number of toys and electronics on their list, including a few DVDs. My husband has a pretty lengthy list as well, and I’m hoping for a new cookware set and possibly a new television for our bedroom.
Do you have a television in your bedroom?
When we moved this past summer, my husband and I decided that we were no longer going to have a T.V. in our bedroom and we’d eventually bring it to my family’s cottage. It sat in our hallway for over a month and I got tired of it being in the way, so one night I put it in our bedroom, and decided to plug it in to relax in bed and watch a DIY show. Well my husband quickly got used to having a television in our bedroom, and well….it never ended up making it to the cottage. At night after the boys go to bed, it gives us a time to relax and wind down as we have started watching a series on Amazon Prime.
While our T.V. seemed amazing 8 years ago, whenever we visit our local Best Buy I admire all of the new televisions and realize how bad the color and graphics are on ours, never mind the humming noise it makes. Have you seen the new LG OLED TV? The picture quality is spectacular, and the television is 0.21″ thick at its thinnest point!
LG OLED TV Features:
- 4 Color Pixel technology delivers bright, vibrant colors.
- Infinite contrast ratio and stunning color – delivers more natural, lifelike viewing.

The LG OLED TV can be purchased at Best Buy for an everyday price of $3499.99 which is a $500 savings off the MSRP. While the price tag is on the higher end, after seeing it in action you’ll know why. This television is unlike any other.
