$299 is a great price for such a versatile stroller, with Little Man
we payed almost $200 alone for his bassinet. We didn’t purchase a
bassinet for Baby Boy because I just couldn’t see spending that amount
of money for only a few months of use. For the price of a basic
stroller, you get a stroller, and bassinet. The bassinet option is
great for the stroller, we did not have this option when the boys were
young and I wish we did. Baby Boy loved laying on his belly as a baby,
he hated our previous stroller because he had to lay on his back. The
bassinet would have allowed him to stretch and wiggle around on walks, and it also
doubles as a bassinet at home.
It took about 30 minutes to set everything set up, to put the material on the stroller, and to put the bassinet stand together. There were
directions in pictures but there were no words which made it a little
tough. We were not sure about how to put the material on the stroller,
so I I had to look at pictures online, I also found a video below which
helped. We had an issue with a wheel, 3 went in and locked in place perfect but we could not
get one to lock in the front right side. It is supposed to just slide
in and lock in place but it would keep falling out. I called customer
service and they were very helpful. They quickly shipped out a new
stroller, and had the one we had trouble with picked up. They stated
that they have not had trouble with wheels and wanted the stroller back
to check on the issue. It felt good knowing that they cared about their products and their customers and wanted the
stroller back to investigate the problem. The new stroller quickly
arrived and there were no issues with it. Grand Touring Baby could not
have made the exchange any easier.
I found this stroller easy to handle and enjoyed the foam grip handles. The stroller comes with a five-point safety harness, and a big storage basket. The storage basket is easily accessible and fits my diaper bag which is a big plus. The seat is soft and comfortable and can fully recline, the footrest is also adjustable to 3 positions to ensure the comfort of your child.
The bassinet was a great size, there was plenty of room for a baby to lay down comfortably especially with the memory foam bed pad. I am quite jealous and wish I could lay down comfortably and take a nap while being pushed around. The bassinet comes with a cover and a shade to protect your baby from the sun, as well to keep them warmer in the colder months.
