Disclosure: I received Disney Channel “Teen Beach Movie” products in exchange for a post about the film. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
After spending all morning and afternoon outside soaking in the sun I love coming in and having a relaxing movie night with the kids. The kids are a huge fan of family movie night, not sure if it’s because of the popcorn or sometimes the homemade ice cream sundae bar, or just for their love of hanging out with mom and dad, but I do know we all look forward to the fun filled night. “Teen Beach Movie” as the perfect movie that the whole family can watch together for “family movie night.” We recently saw the previews for “Teen Beach Movie” a few weeks ago at the movie theater’s and I can’t wait until it premieres on The Disney Channel next Friday July 19th at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
Disney Channel’s “Teen Beach Movie” is a breezy surf-rock musical comedy that’s sure to get you and your family dancing and singing. After watching just watching a small clip of “Teen Beach Movie” at the theater’s me and the boys wanted to get up and dance, I’m looking forward to a mini dance party in our living room next week complete with some Rockin’ Raspberry Smoothies!
“Teen Beach Movie” follows teen surfing sweethearts Brady and McKenzie who together ride the last wave of summer, one that mysteriously takes them into a classic beach party movie, “Wet Side Story.” There, it’s surfers versus bikers for control of the beach hangout…and everyone spontaneously breaks into song and dance. Now, Brady and McKenzie must try to return to present day, but their lives may be changed forever when they inadvertently alter the movie’s romantic storyline when handsome surfer Tanner falls for McKenzie and biker girl Lela starts swooning for Brady.
